Each engagement is uniquely crafted in partnership with the engagement sponsor, who is typically a member of the senior leadership team, if not the leader of that team.  The documented product of an initial assessment (at no cost) is shared with the client and the client then directs any ongoing effort that may include any mix of the offerings below in any configuration.
